Shellie Coast created this during a very stormy season in her life. When she was diagnosed with depression and adhd as an adult, it turned her life upside down. She found herself putting positive post-it notes around her home reminding her of the simplest things "take care of yourself". This phrase seems simple, but it itsn't. Its a plethora of tasks all wrapped up in one little phrase. Its, cleaning your home, brushing teeth, showering, flossing, styling your hair, shaping your eyebrows (if you want), vaccumming, cleaning dishes, mopping, and the list goes on. Many people struggle with this, taking care of themselves. The shirt is a friendly reminder to yourself, that it's ok to PUT YOURSELF FIRST.
